in this pre-consult we’ll meet via video call or in person. i’ll ask you some defining questions and we’ll set some clear expectations and goals for our 3 months working together. we’ll define your ‘highest work’, identify areas we want to focus on and i’ll get you set up with your assigned reading & journaling. also, we’ll plan out and schedule our in-person ‘focus sessions’

these focus sessions are where we can make clear measurable progress towards your goals. complete those half-finished songs, record a band arrangement, craft a unique vocal sound, get your home-recording studio set up, start a new website or fan mailing list, plan your next concert, design and order your merch, set up a system for booking gigs, start scouting your band or apply for a grant… be sure to state your desired outcome at the start of our time together and let’s make it happen!

we’ll set a recurring date for a weekly 30 minute check-in. we’ll monitor our goals, discuss the assigned reading, identify roadblocks and fashion solutions, set new milestones and celebrate breakthroughs!

i expect this program to push you forward like never before. nonetheless, making lasting change in our artistic pursuit is a long-game. i want to be there for you and continue to support you, solidify lessons and expand your vision of what is possible for you. get into the habit of sending me your questions via whatsapp voice message weekly and i’ll be there for you even beyond the the 3 month time window.

i’ll give you access to all my back-end resources: booking templates, list of regional and international concert venues, cheat sheets for digital marketing, recommendations for merch suppliers, a full list of books and digital resources and the excel spreadsheets that help me stay organized. i’ll hook you up with the works.

my goal is to empower you in your individual artist journey. the most valuable work will be the work you do on yourself, building your understanding of your creativity and your inner artist. together, we’ll be working through the ‘Artists’ Way’ a guide to artistry by Julia Cameron which is a fantastic resource to dig deep into your own history, emotions & desires. this includes weekly assigned reading and journaling. plan to invest about 2-3 hrs per week for reading & journaling. the rewards will be immeasurable, clarity and confidence in what you want for your journey and artist project.

i feel this is an exciting opportunity. i’m so pleased to offer you this high-value, one-on-one mentorship. my aim is to support and empower you in every way i know how, drawing from my 15 years of experience as a musician, songwriter, performer and self-managing independent artist. i am really looking forward to working with you over the course of 3 months, challenging your perceptions of what you previously thought was possible for you and your artist project. it’s time for you to make more than a few tweaks and improvements and take a big leap forward!

sometimes i’m not sure what all this  makes me, but i guess it’s safe to say i’m an all-rounder ;) currently, my main focus is leading a small team of free-lancers and my band on my artist project ‘BÄR’. what i love most is dreaming up and executing creative projects around music!

ultimately this is up to you. i recommend between 2-5hrs on the reading and journaling. if you can do this for 12 weeks, you will see and feel big changes in your mindset and artistry. the important thing is the energy with which you approach our work together, an openness and willingness to grow and learn. time is relative, and sometimes one hour on the right thing can be more valuable than 100 spent on busy work.
