you open up your phone to more jaw-dropping bad news...more greed, wars, pain. wtf is going on? as a good-hearted person in 2026, it feels exhausting just to exist alongside all the bad news. for me as an artist, i found myself frozen, unable to act. 

i stopped writing songs. i stopped sharing music.i stopped believing it mattered.

but then, i began drawing energy from the little things, the every day things -  a sunset sky, a forest walk, a laugh with a close friend. a laugh with a stranger. we were made to believe the little things don't matter.

but today, i'd like to invite you to enjoy the little things. to get lost in them. because in the end it's the little things that make up our lives.
